{ The Problem }

This client’s design involved a 4-color process duotone effect that was virtually impossible to keep in register using conventional methods, causing a halo effect when printed.

{ The Primeflex Solution }

After some research and development, we changed the industry standard dot pattern of the print screens from a circular dot to an elliptical pattern. This resulted in a spectacular screen effect that accomplished the look the client was trying to achieve.
